Vice President, Business Development
Firearms Training Systems Industry Expert

With four decades of leadership in both Live Fire and Simulation Firearms Training Systems industry. Craig brings expertise in sales/marketing, business development, project management, contract negotiation, and risk management to Ti DEFENSE.

Known for his integrity and collaboration, with a strong reputation across government and commercial sectors. He combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to build high-performing teams and deliver exceptional value to clients and stakeholders.

Craig has a proven track record in domestic and international business development, from initial client engagement, interviews, through proposal development and contract execution. Led the development of over 50 training facilities across 16 countries. Extensive experience working with customers, SME’s, architects, general contractors, wholesalers, and distributors.

He is a recognized authority in designing and implementing diverse firearms training facilities - including outdoor and indoor small arms ranges, tank armament range systems, CQB houses, MOUT sites, counter-terrorism centers, immersive training simulators, and remote learning Sim-centers. Long-standing service to all branches of the U.S. military, DoD, DoW, DHS, and foreign government agencies.

Craig is committed to the sustained growth of Ti Training Systems LE, LLC and Ti DEFENSE, part of the Table Mountain Group.

Brent Ludlow

Military Business Development

Military Leadership & Defense Industry Expert

Brent Ludlow is a retired U.S. Army First Sergeant with 22 years of distinguished service, including 12 years active duty and 10 years in the Army National Guard. Throughout his military career, Brent held key leadership roles in both Artillery and Infantry units, driving operational excellence and mission success in diverse environments.

Following his military service, Brent transitioned into defense contracting, serving 14 years as a SETA contractor supporting PEO STRI. In these roles as Military Analyst and Senior Advisor, Brent provided strategic guidance, operational insights, and technical expertise to advance critical programs and ensure alignment with Warfighter needs.

Today, Brent leverages his deep operational and acquisition experience as Military Business Developer and Senior Subject Matter Expert for Ti DEFENSE. His focus is on building strong partnerships, shaping innovative solutions, and delivering capabilities that enhance readiness and effectiveness for our Armed Forces.

Brent Ludlow

Today, Brent leverages his deep operational and acquisition experience as Military Business Developer and Senior Subject Matter Expert for Ti Defense. His focus is on building strong partnerships, shaping innovative solutions, and delivering capabilities that enhance readiness and effectiveness for our Armed Forces.

Scott Martin

Applied Engineer

Scott Martin serves as the Applied Engineer for the team, utilizing extensive civilian and military experiences to assess and advise on maintaining accurate and realistic simulations. Scott’s career began in aviation maintenance as an airframe and powerplant mechanic, alongside motorcycle road racing, where he worked both as a racer and mechanic. These fast-paced and demanding industries taught Scott to make rapid, competent, and precise decisions under pressure, skills that have been invaluable throughout his professional journey.

Scott transitioned into the defense industry, working with L3 Harris and Northrop Grumman before becoming a SETA contractor for PEO STRI as a Systems Engineer and Subject Matter Expert. His expertise spans systems engineering and simulation development, ensuring operational readiness and effectiveness. This role allows Scott to combine technical knowledge with practical experience to deliver solutions that meet the highest standards of accuracy and realism.

In addition to his civilian career, Scott Martin proudly serves in the Army National Guard with years of service, including active duty. His military training includes Joint Terminal Attack Control, Joint Fires Observation, and Fire Support Master Gunner qualifications, serving in both conventional and Special Operations Forces. Scott has deployed for a combat tour in the Middle East and a security force assistance mission in South America, bringing a unique perspective and skill set to the team that bridges both civilian and military expertise.
